I found the reception staff helpful ! camilla assisted with bookings and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. They even arranged gluten-free options for my wife's breakfast. the room was very nice. It was comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. the bar offered fantastic cocktails and the staff went the extra mile to ensure i had a great experience.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. This made it slightly difficult to sleep soundly at night. the tv also buffered a lot, a minor inconvenience, but overall everything else was great!

breakfast was plentiful and the staff proved to be very helpful, ensuring a positive start to the day! the bar created some amazing cocktails, with bartenders that were great in terms of service.

I found the location excellent. The metro station nearby provided easy access. The river was a short walk away. The room included double-glazed windows. It was quiet, despite the busy street. I enjoyed the breakfast and the heated outdoor pool, a nice extra.

The room lacked airflow. It was not made clear that rooms have restricted light.
